What shipping methods does cheef offer?

cheef offers free 2-3 day shipping for orders over $79.95 and 2-3 day shipping for a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders under $79.95. We ship through FedEx for all domestic orders – excluding U.S. territories.

  • Free shipping is offered when the subtotal is over $79.95 - this does not include taxes or discounts.

Is cheef able to ship to all 50 states?

cheef can ship to any street address in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. If you have a PO Box, we can ship your order via FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery.

Can cheef ship out of the United States?

cheef can ship to all U.S. territories using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates are free for all orders over $79.95 and $4.95 for all orders under $79.95. We do not ship internationally as of yet.

Can cheef ship to military bases?

cheef can ship to APO/FPO bases using FedEx SmartPost, which takes 2 to 7 business days for delivery. Shipping rates free for all orders over $79.95 and $4.95 for all orders under $79.95.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact our customer service at(443) 991-0041 or at cheefmd@gmail.com to confirm if your order is still processing or has been shipped. If it’s already shipped, we recommend using FedEx Delivery Manager to change the shipping address and re-route your order.

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation will include a serial order number; you can use this number to track your order through FedEx Tracking.

Can my order ship through the weekend?

FedEx will only deliver on business days and Saturdays; they do not offer shipping services on Sundays or holidays.

How soon can cheef send my order?

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the following business day.

What if I don’t receive my cheefmd order?

Please check around your property outside first to see if the package was placed beyond your doorstep or ask neighbors if the package was seen or left with them. If you still have not received your order, you can reach our customer service at … to start a FedEx trace. And if you’re not completely satisfied with your order from cheef within 60 days, we are happy to refund your money – 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

You have 60 days from your purchase date to make a return.

Yes, you can request a refund within 60 days of your purchase date – no matter the order size; you can receive a full refund if you’re not 100% completely satisfied with all cheef products.

Where can I take my cheef order to be returned?

If you’ve received a return label from us, you can take your order to your nearest FedEx shipping location.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

It may take up to 3 to 5 business days – depending on your bank – for you to receive your refund once it’s been processed.

How is my refund issued back?

Your refund is sent through your original form of payment.
